Blue water demolition specialise in:
- Mechanical demolition using standard and high-reach demolition specification machines
- Top-down demolition – fully encapsulating a building and lifting small excavators onto the roof. The building is demolished working down floor by floor
- Deconstruction – this includes high rise large panel system blocks of flats
- Dismantling of structures, machinery and equipment

Environmental Protection
All our demolition works projects are monitored and controlled for dust and noise pollution using specialist equipment. Ecological surveys are made at pre demolition stage to check for protected wildlife activity.

Recycling and reuse
Investment in crushing and screen equipment allows us to reuse materials on-site. All materials are separated and sent to local recycling centers. We target to recycle up to 96% of the materials from site. A waste management plan is prepared for each project.

Furthermore, we ensure that technical competence is maintained through mandatory training programs, accredit all staff with the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). We aim to safeguard, protect and enhance the environment. We minimise any adverse effects of our operations by implementing procedures to prevent pollution to land, air and water, and reduce waste and consumption of natural resources wherever possible. We set operational targets and provide staff training to achieve this goal.
